2023 Highlights
In addition to our regular programs throughout the year, we hosted our first-ever Accelerate Symposium at the Microsoft and OneEleven Toronto headquarters! The two-day event was a huge success, filled with entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who pitched ground-breaking ideas to investors in attendance.
From the engaging panels to the pitch competition, start-up fair and after-party, attendees were part of something iconic and we can’t wait to bring back the same energy this year!

A Word from our Founders
It has been both an honour and a privilege to build ICON Talent Partners from a mere idea/concept in 2019 to a fully functioning not-for-profit in 2024 which has impacted and will continue to impact the lives of BIPOC (specifically Black and Indigenous) youth and young professionals for the years to come.
We are humbled by the corporations such as Fasken, KPMG Canada, L'Oreal, Georgian, RBC and others who have joined us in this journey throughout the past 5 years.
As we embark on our continued evolution and development of ICON, we are thrilled by the global impact we will have as we "disrupt" ourselves in the way that many organizations have done so in the past.
Thank you for joining us in this journey as the best is yet to come!
With much appreciation and gratitude,
Derrick and Marilyn Raphael
